Badger and Vole are Howard Hardiman and Tim Morrison. They are married and live on the island of Sanday in Orkney.
Tim was born in the Outer Hebrides and moved with his family to Stromness in Orkney where he had all his education. He went south to study and eventually to London where he worked as a trainer and facilitator.
He moved back to Orkney in 2010.
Howard is an artist and British Sign Language interpreter who has written and illustrated a number of books including ‘Badger’s Day Out’ and ‘the Link’. His Facebook videos in BSL on the Orkney weather have proved popular.
